For the production line of Cooling Units, focus of Tesio Cooling Systems stands on the four typical sub-components of the system:

  • radiator;
  • impeller;
  • engine;
  • carpentry.

The technical department, starting from the desired technical specifications of thermal exchange, from the available dimensions and from the structural and vibrational state required by the system, develops the cooling units, configuring them ad hoc for the individual needs of the customers.
The design process makes use of the best software platforms to research the necessary configuration. The analysis of the heat exchange and the flow of the impellers are simulated with the help of the best existing software platforms.
The FEM analyzes, carried out internally, allow to optimize the structural configuration of the product.

Once the Cooling Unit has been prototyped, the cooling units are validated thanks to internal laboratory tests such as:

  • heat exchange;
  • shock & vibration.

Once the consensus and approval between the process actors of the customer and the company’s technical department has been reached, the cooling unit is ready to be mass produced according to the best production standards in the mechanical sector.
